Set op to save with checkpoint, restore, claim, heartbeat with the returned lease_token, complete with result, release, or status. On a crash, a lease expires automatically. Checkpoints are retained for the requested TTL (5 minutes to 30 days). Private namespace keys should have high entropy; do not store credentials or sensitive personal data in payloads.

Payment is verified by the existing Bounty Engineer x402 middleware before protected data changes. This API does not execute agents or guarantee exactly-once effects outside the API, and does not guarantee availability of Redis.
